Possible symptoms
You try to upgrade to the lifetime plan from Weesper Neon Flow, but:
- the button does not start payment;
- your browser does not open;
- Stripe shows an error;
- the app says the upgrade cannot start;
- the app asks you to cancel your subscription before continuing.
Before canceling your subscription
If you already have an active monthly or annual subscription, do not manually cancel your subscription unless support asks you to.
The normal lifetime upgrade flow should:
- open a Stripe checkout page;
- apply prorated credit if applicable;
- confirm payment;
- activate lifetime access;
- automatically cancel the old subscription.
Manual cancellation can complicate the credit calculation or create an unnecessary interruption.
Quick checks
Try the following actions:
- Check your internet connection.
- Close and reopen Weesper Neon Flow.
- Click the lifetime upgrade button again.
- Make sure a default browser is configured on your computer.
- Temporarily disable blockers that prevent new windows from opening.
- Check that your license email is the same as your subscription email.
If you use a private session or another browser
A private session may disconnect you from some services or hide the email address associated with your purchase. If Stripe cannot find your account, return to your usual browser or contact support.

- your current plan: monthly or annual;
- the exact error message;
