Before canceling your subscription

If you already have an active monthly or annual subscription, do not manually cancel your subscription unless support asks you to.

The normal lifetime upgrade flow should:

  1. open a Stripe checkout page;
  2. apply prorated credit if applicable;
  3. confirm payment;
  4. activate lifetime access;
  5. automatically cancel the old subscription.

Manual cancellation can complicate the credit calculation or create an unnecessary interruption.

  2. Close and reopen Weesper Neon Flow.
  3. Click the lifetime upgrade button again.
