Find your invoices
Weesper Neon Flow payments are managed by Stripe. To find your invoices:
- Open Weesper Neon Flow.
- Go to the Subscription tab.
- Click Manage subscription.
- The Stripe portal opens in your browser.
- Check the Billing history or Invoices section.
You can download the available invoices for your previous payments there.
Update your billing information
In the Stripe portal, you can edit:
- your name;
- your billing address;
- your company;
- your VAT number if the portal offers this option;
- your payment method.
This information is used by Stripe for future invoices.
Invoice in a company name
If you need an invoice in your company name, add the company information in the Stripe portal before your next payment whenever possible.
For an invoice that has already been issued, contact support with:
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the exact company name;
- the billing address;
- the VAT number, if applicable;
- the month or payment concerned.
Never send a full credit card number by email.
If you cannot find your invoices
The most common case is a purchase made with another email address.
Check:
- the email address used in Weesper Neon Flow;
- the email address that received the Stripe receipt;
- any different work email address;
- your spam or promotions folders.
If you have several possible addresses, contact support and include only the addresses to check. We will help you find the correct account.
Failed payment or paused subscription
If a payment failed, no paid invoice will be available for that attempt. You will first need to update your payment method in the Stripe portal. Once the payment succeeds, the matching invoice will be generated.
