Managing Your Subscription

Access the Stripe Portal

1. Open Weesper Neon Flow
2. Go to the Subscription tab
3. Click Manage Subscription
4. A Stripe portal opens in your browser

What You Can Do

From the Stripe portal you can:

• Update payment information — Change your credit card or payment method
• Modify your plan — Switch between monthly and yearly billing
• Cancel your subscription — Stop automatic renewal
• View billing history — See past invoices and payments

What Happens After Cancellation?

• The app remains accessible until the end of the current billing period
• After that date, the app switches to the Free Plan (core dictation with a 1,500-word weekly limit)
• You can reactivate at any time through Stripe
• Your settings and history are preserved

Upgrading to Lifetime

If you have an active monthly or annual subscription, you can upgrade directly to Lifetime from the app:

1. Open Weesper Neon Flow
2. Go to the Subscription tab in Settings
3. Click Get Lifetime in the plan picker
4. A Stripe checkout page opens with your prorated credit already applied
5. After payment, your subscription is cancelled automatically and Lifetime access activates immediately

Your prorated credit is calculated based on the remaining days in your current billing period, rounded up to the nearest euro. There is no gap in access during the upgrade.
