How to Uninstall Weesper Neon Flow

Before You Uninstall

Quit Weesper Neon Flow first. If the app is still running in the menu bar or system tray, close it before starting the uninstall process.

Uninstalling removes the application from your computer. It does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription, delete your Stripe billing history, or remove a license from your account.

Uninstall on Windows PC

Use the normal Windows app removal flow:

1. Open Settings
2. Go to Apps
3. Open Installed apps on Windows 11, or Apps & features on Windows 10
4. Find Weesper Neon Flow
5. Click Uninstall
6. Confirm the removal if Windows asks

If Weesper Neon Flow does not appear in Settings, use the classic fallback:

1. Open Control Panel
2. Go to Programs > Programs and Features
3. Select Weesper Neon Flow
4. Click Uninstall

Uninstall on Mac

Use the normal macOS app removal flow:

1. Quit Weesper Neon Flow
2. Open Finder
3. Go to Applications
4. Drag Weesper Neon Flow.app to the Trash
5. Empty the Trash if you want to remove the app immediately

Trial, License, and Subscription

If you only used the 15-day free trial, uninstalling the app is enough to remove it from your computer.

If you have an active paid subscription, uninstalling the app does not cancel future billing. Open Weesper Neon Flow before uninstalling, go to Subscription > Manage Billing, and cancel from the Stripe portal. If you have already uninstalled the app and need help accessing billing, contact support with the email address used for purchase.

If you reinstall later, use the same email address to reactivate your license.
