Why Weesper asks for your email
Weesper Neon Flow uses your email address to verify your trial, subscription, or lifetime license. The license is linked to your email, not only to your computer.
You should therefore enter the same email address you used during payment or trial signup.
Where to enter the email
- Open Weesper Neon Flow.
- Go to Subscription or Activation, depending on your version.
- Click Enter Email or Link Subscription.
- Enter your email address.
- Confirm, then wait for verification.
If the app still shows “Trial” or “Inactive”, click Refresh Status.
If a bubble asks you to enter your email
On first launch, Weesper Neon Flow may display a hint asking you to link your email. This means the app has not yet found an active trial or license on this computer.
Look for the activation or subscription tab in the main window. If you cannot see it, close the bubble, enlarge the window, or restart the app.
If you paid with another address
Your status will not be found if you enter a different address than the one used for payment.
Check:
- the Stripe receipt;
- the address used during purchase;
- a different work email address;
- email aliases.
If you are no longer sure which address was used, contact support.
Offline activation
Dictation is local, but license verification requires an internet connection during activation. Once verification succeeds, Weesper Neon Flow can work offline for a limited period.
If you are offline during activation:
- reconnect to the internet;
- reopen the app;
- click Refresh Status.
When to contact support
Contact us if:
- your payment is confirmed but the app remains inactive;
- you cannot find the email field;
- you are not sure which address was used;
- activation fails with an error message.
In your message, include your system, your Weesper Neon Flow version, and the email address you are trying to use.
