Activate Your License

  1. Open Weesper Neon Flow
  2. Go to the Subscription tab
  3. Click Enter Email
  4. Enter the same email address you used during the Stripe payment
  5. Click Link Subscription

Troubleshooting Activation

If the app still displays “Trial” after activation:

  1. Verify your email — Make sure it matches exactly what you used in Stripe (case-sensitive)
  2. Click Refresh Status
  3. Wait 1-2 minutes for Stripe to complete processing, then try again
  4. Open Manage Subscription to confirm your subscription is active on Stripe’s side

Can I Activate Before the Trial Ends?

Yes! You can enter your email immediately after purchase, even if the trial period hasn’t ended. As soon as Stripe confirms the subscription (active, trialing, or past_due), the app automatically switches to “Active”.

Using on Multiple Machines

You can use the same license on multiple machines. Simply enter the same email address on each device to validate. See Using on Multiple Devices for details.
