Managing Your Subscription

Access the Stripe Portal

1. Open Weesper Neon Flow
2. Go to the Subscription tab
3. Click Manage Subscription
4. A Stripe portal opens in your browser

What You Can Do

From the Stripe portal you can:

• Update payment information — Change your credit card or payment method
• Modify your plan — Switch between monthly and yearly billing
• Cancel your subscription — Stop automatic renewal
• View billing history — See past invoices and payments

What Happens After Cancellation?

• The app remains accessible until the end of the current billing period
• After that date, the app switches to the Free Plan (core dictation with a 1,500-word weekly limit)
• You can reactivate at any time through Stripe
• Your settings and history are preserved
