Weesper Accessibility Team
Accessibility
The Weesper Accessibility Team focuses on making dictation genuinely useful for people who depend on voice input, not only for convenience but for comfort, endurance, or access.
We study how users with RSI, mobility limitations, fatigue, dyslexia, and other learning differences interact with writing tools in everyday work. That feedback shapes decisions around hotkeys, correction flows, formatting commands, readability, and the overall effort required to produce text by voice.
Accessibility work at Weesper is closely tied to product design: a fast offline model is only helpful if the full workflow reduces friction and physical strain.
The team's goal is simple: help more people write with less pain, less fatigue, and more independence.
