Your Weesper Neon Flow license is tied to your email address, not to a specific device. This means:

How to Activate on a New Device

  1. Install Weesper Neon Flow on the new device
  2. Open the Subscription tab
  3. Enter the same email address used for your original purchase
  4. Click Link Subscription

Changing Your Email

Currently, you cannot change your email address directly from the app. To change it:

  1. Contact support at support@weesperneonflow.ai
  2. We’ll unlink the old address
  3. Then link the new one following the standard activation process

Can I use the same license on Mac and Windows?

Yes, your license works on any combination of macOS and Windows devices. Just use the same email address.

Is there a device limit?

There is no hard device limit. Use the same email address on each device.
