Offline Usage and License Verification

How Offline Usage Works

Weesper Neon Flow is designed as a 100% offline dictation tool. Voice processing always happens locally on your device — your audio never leaves your computer.

However, license verification requires a brief internet connection:

1. After a successful verification, the app remains usable for up to 72 hours without internet
2. Beyond that, a new verification is required
3. Connect to the internet and click Refresh Status to re-verify

Network Error During Activation

If you lose internet during activation:

1. The app will display a “Network error” message
2. Reconnect to the internet
3. Click Refresh Status to complete the activation

After Reinstalling

If you uninstall and reinstall the app, you need to re-enter your email and click Link Subscription again. Your license is tied to your email, not to a specific device.
