Cyril Guilleminot is the founder and CEO of Weesper Neon Flow, a voice dictation app built on a simple principle: your words belong to you, not to a cloud server.
Before Weesper, Cyril spent over 20 years in the tech industry, leading product and business initiatives across mobile, cloud, and digital services. He saw firsthand how cloud-dependent AI tools create privacy risks and vendor lock-in for professionals.
When open-source speech models like Whisper made on-device transcription viable, Cyril founded Weesper in 2025 to bring that technology to everyday professionals — lawyers, doctors, writers, developers — who need fast, accurate dictation without compromising confidentiality.
Weesper Neon Flow runs 100% offline on Mac and Windows, supports 50+ languages, and never transmits a single word. That's not a feature — it's the founding principle.
Cyril is based in Paris, France. He's an advocate for local AI, open-source speech recognition, and privacy-by-design software.
