Weesper Transcribe

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

Weesper Transcribe is a Mac app that turns audio and video files into text entirely on your device. It is designed to be private by default: your recordings and transcripts never leave your Mac.

What we collect

Nothing. Weesper Transcribe does not require an account or sign-up, and it does not collect, store, or transmit your audio files, video files, or transcripts. All transcription is performed locally using on-device models. The app works fully offline and does not send your content to us or to any third party.

Analytics and tracking

The app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking. We do not build a profile of you and we do not use third-party trackers inside the app.

Purchases

The optional one-time “Pro” upgrade is sold and processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Payment is handled entirely by Apple — we never receive or store your payment details. Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.

On-device automation (optional)

Weesper Transcribe includes an optional local automation feature that lets other programs on the same Mac send a file for transcription. When enabled, it runs only on your own machine (loopback address 127.0.0.1), is protected by a local token, and is turned off by default. No data is sent off your device.

Contacting support

If you email us for support, we process your email address and the content of your message for the sole purpose of answering you. We do not use it for marketing.

Data controller

The data controller is THE BLUE HOUSE (SASU), 7 rue d’Arsonval, 75015 Paris, France. You can reach us at support@weesperneonflow.ai.

Your rights

Because the app does not collect personal data, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. For any support message you have sent us, you may request access, rectification, or erasure of that correspondence by writing to support@weesperneonflow.ai. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the app changes. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
